Dinan Capital Advisors is seeking a Marketing Intern to assist in accelerating our current marketing initiatives. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing in the financial services sector.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of design, solid writing skills, is comfortable with data-driven decision-making, and is adaptable when learning and working across a variety of integrated digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

• Under guidance, the Marketing Intern will draft and schedule social media posts
\n

Design & Branding

\n
• Under guidance, the Marketing Intern will support the creation of visual assets such as email headers, slide decks, and social graphics based on Dinan's brand guidelines.
\n

Marketing Reporting

\n
• The Marketing Intern will help track, analyze, and report on marketing performance (e.g., email metrics, web traffic).
\n
• The Marketing Intern will assist in setting up dashboards and pulling regular reports from marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).
\n

Marketing Admin

\n
• The Marketing Intern will assist in data governance and data cleanup efforts, occasionally including data entry.
\n
• The Marketing Intern will assist in executing direct mail campaigns, including print production and assembly.
\n
• Dinan will expect the Marketing Intern to maintain organized marketing materials in our internal filing system.
\n

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

\n
• Design Sensibility: A strong sense of design and an eye for detail.
\n
• Tools: Experience with Canva and PowerPoint is preferred; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

• Writing Ability: Strong writing and editing skills.
\n
• Data & Metrics: Exposure to marketing analytics or performance tracking (whether in previous positions or through coursework)
\n
• Communication: Comfort collaborating with a team and seeking feedback.
\n
