Role Description The Group Fitness Instructor is a part-time, on-site role based in Englewood, NJ. This role involves planning and leading high-energy, small-group strength and conditioning sessions that align with ISI® Elite Training programming and standards. The instructor will coach participants through safe, effective functional movements, provide modifications for different fitness levels, and maintain a motivating and inclusive atmosphere. Day-to-day responsibilities include demonstrating exercises, correcting form, managing session flow and timing, and ensuring equipment is set up and stored properly. The instructor will also greet members, support retention efforts, reinforce core values, and collaborate with the team to deliver a consistent, high-quality training experience.
