Role Description The Fitness Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at the EōS Fitness location in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves greeting members and guests, providing gym tours, and explaining membership options and services in a clear, supportive manner. The Fitness Consultant assists members in identifying appropriate fitness programs, personal training options, and classes aligned with their goals. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining a positive and safe club environment, and supporting member retention through exceptional customer service. The role also includes collaborating with training staff, promoting special programs or events, and accurately processing memberships and related transactions. Qualifications Knowledge of the fitness industry and gym operations, including basic understanding of exercise principles and wellness trends. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively explain services, listen to member needs, and build positive relationships. Demonstrated customer service experience, with the ability to manage member concerns and create a welcoming environment. Experience with training or personal training concepts, and the ability to discuss fitness programs and goals with members. High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity in an on-site, member-facing role. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed in a gym environment. Basic computer skills and comfort with membership systems or point-of-sale software. CPR/AED certification and prior gym or wellness center experience are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
